• An advance payment is usually required before work begins.
• Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
• Taxes and third-party costs (hosting, domains, ad spend, licenses) are billed separately.

4. Intellectual Property

Site content and the Harix name belong to us. Project deliverables transfer to the client on full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Client Cooperation

You agree to share accurate information, approvals, and access needed for the work. Delays from missing inputs may affect timelines and cost.

6. Liability

The site and services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Cancellation

Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Third-party costs already incurred cannot be refunded.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
